What Causes Recurring Sore Bruises?

Hi, I am a 45 yr old female, I continue to get bruises that last about .4 days with a white spot in middle of it.perfectly round, some.are pea size some smaller, they have been coming.and going for.over.7 months,they show up.quickly one.day.they aren t there the.next day they.are. they.are not raised, sore anything.please let me know if you have any suggestions..

Hi.
As per your case history you are having purpuric rashes.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral antihistamine, oral antibiotics taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
