What Causes Recurring Sore Throat, Swollen Glands And Yellow Tongue?

hello doctor. i have an off and on slight sore throat, a coated yellow tongue and swollen glands. though painful not as bad as mono as i have had that once before. i have normal amounts of energy and am getting the same amount of rest. though i admit to being mildly dehydrated. any ideas?
