What Causes Recurring Sore Throat, Swollen Glands And Yellow Tongue?
hello doctor. i have an off and on slight sore throat, a coated yellow tongue and swollen glands. though painful not as bad as mono as i have had that once before. i have normal amounts of energy and am getting the same amount of rest. though i admit to being mildly dehydrated. any ideas?
I went through the history you have posted. It seems from the history that you are having recurring sore throat and swollen glands. These symptoms indicate acute exacerbation of chronic sore throat. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics depending on the culture and sensitivity report. Use of salt water gargling and decongestants provides symptomatic relief.
