I have some sores inside the tip of my nose. they have come and gone for about 6 weeks. no bleeding. once or twice a small bump has been there.....but gone away..then come back. it has scabbed up a couple of times but just wont go away. any idea what that is?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurring sores inside tip of nose is because you have symptoms of acute vestibulitis which can further leads to allergic reactions as well. I would suggest you to avoid rubbing your nose and you should not do or meddling with nose. Always use a clean cloth to wipe the nose. You should take penicillin antibiotics combination along with anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol and diclofenac daily for 3 to 5 days. You should use nasal sprays and steam inhalation as well for immediate relief. Consult ENT specialist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X-ray as well.
