Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

A direct view or a quality photo would have been helpful. Is there any itching? What I think is it is probably intertrigo / tinea cruris (fungal infection of skin folds) that gets secondarily infected. In such cases, I used to give anti-fungal creams like clotrimazol for 3-4 weeks and a course of antibiotic in case secondarily infected. Your doctor will guide you.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK, Pediatrician
