What Causes Recurring Stomach Pain, Frequent Urination And Lighter Periods?

I have had stomac pain on and off for the past two weeks. Some days peeing every 5-10 minutes. Very tired and generally just not feeling good. Now tonight, after I went pee there was blood in the toliet. I had a period a week and a half ago but generally light. All of my periods are heavy. I have changed my diet, eating healthier, and exercising. Is my body just trying to adjust or is there something wrong? I am concerned and very scared it is something serious. What could it be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be multiple symptoms you have, abdomen pain could be due to smooth muscle spasm it can be colic, may renal, biliary depends upon the location of pain, increase frequency of urine may be sign of urinary tract infection but in absence of associated symptoms it is less likely, what the blood you saw could be menses blood.
Most of the nonspecific abdomen pain comes around on its own and no medicine needs for that, if the pain persist then underlying cause would be matter of concern and for that it needs some tests.
If we suspecting urinary tract infection although it is very less likely still urine test is must.
If you go for urine test it will clear the doubt of hematuria.
Diet is nothing to take anything with all of your complaints, I would advise you to wait and watch but it will be fine soon, if the symptoms persist then it requires clinical examination and testing, hope this information helps, take cares.
