What Causes Recurring Uncontrollable Shivering After Being Hit On Knee?
Hello, My husband hit his knee into the frame of our bed and started shivering uncontroablly for 3-5 minutes. His face went pale and after an hour, he started sweating. He doesn t have a cold and this is the second time it happened. The first time was when he went got his blood work done and after giving blood, he started shaking uncontroablly and couldn t stop. Please kindly advise. Thank you. Worried wife.
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that your husband has got vagal shock at that time .This generally occur due to unbearable pain.Suddenly BP falls in it making person like unconscious and sweating.No need to worry as you cannot control it.But you should make him lying down,his feet should be elevated and head kept comparatively down so that blood reaches to brain and he recovers early.
