What Causes Recurring Urinary Tract Infection?

hi, im a 26 year old woman, weight is 130 ibs, hight is 5'1.
I had one episode of calcium oxalate kidney stone which was removed by a ureteroscopy , since then i've been having recurrent UTI despite the use of Antibiotics . I only had a UTI once when i was i was about 7 or 8 years old. I've been sexually active for one year only with my husband . what can be the cause to this and what can i do ?
