last year i was throwing up through out the year now nd then this year it is more serious and has become almost every morning i wake up and imediatley feel like vomiting it is pure bile and painfull to bring up i then usually cant eat till later in the evening due to cramps and general discomfort .during the vomiting my nose gets bl;ocked recently when blowing my nose i have found small traces of blood can you help me
