What Causes Recurring Whelps On Body?

have been treated in local ER for whelps covering most of body twice. was prescribed steroids and benedryl injections and orally to take at home the first time. the second time two days later was given steroid intravenously and mild dose of Adrenalin. this was two weeks ago. Yesterday I started getting the whelps again and bruising where the whelps are. We never determined the cause of the allergic reaction. Could it be something else?

Hi,

Thanks for consulting HealthcareMagic!

More than the treating doctors, you can observe in daily routine life what new things you are getting exposed to. Observe this (new things you are getting exposed to- may be eatables, items which come in contact or any new thing) and let your treating doctor know. It can be of much help.
Hope I have answered your query.
