What Causes Red And Itchy Patches On Legs?

I have red itchy patches on my legs one big one on right several small ones on my left front and back of leg some are round some are strangley shaped had them about a month and a half now am worried about this new insurance doesnt take affect till next month

Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed contact dermatitis an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with a short course of oral steroid such as tablet prednisolone 30 mg daily for 3 days and topical steroid cream like cortisone to be applied twice daily for a week.
Short course is safe and effective.
You can also take fexofenadine tablet along with these.
This should help you.
