What Causes Red And Itchy Vagina After The Intercourse?
I had sex with my bf last night and he pulled out and came on my vagina around my top area over my clitoris, this morning I woke up and my vagina in that same area is very red, sore and itchy, we have been unsafe for a year and a half and I have never had a problem before (I have the IUD) I have not showered since we had sex but I did clean my vagina with baby wipes. Is it the semen that’s causing my discomfort?

Swelling ,sore and itchy vagina can be due to any infection (yeast infection)or from rough intercourse .
Hence you should see your gynecologist to exclude any infection .
During this time you should try with Sitz baths adding betadine three times per day.
