I have a red, swollen growth on the labia minor just on the edge of the vagina opening. It has been there a year or so and at first I thought it was a boil and tried to open it with a needle. That didn't work, so I have left it alone not really bothering me until recently it is swollen, getting hard and very painful. Painful like I have had sex for days straight and have had no sex. What could this be and what should I do?
