Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Red And White Spots On Body With Bones And Muscle Pain?
I have started getting many tiny red spots (angimas) and now I am getting small white spots on legs, arms, chest and neck. Lately for the last few months especially I have been nauseated, severe pain under my rib cage at first just my right side now both sides, my bones hurt as well as muscles. I feel as if I have worked out for hours and my muscle tone is practically gone as if 10 years has passed. I get extremely tired and sweat perfusely along with light headedness and diarehea. I am going to see a rheumatologist but I am really scared that I may have leukemia. I have been going for test after test and this is new. I just turned 40 and not used to this type of feeling
Your symptoms are suggestive of an infection. Your symptoms are not suggestive of Leukemia. So, try to relax! I recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some tests, including a stool analysis, inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR). Consulting with an infectious disease specialist may be needed.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
