What Causes Red Blister Which Appeared After Sex?

Hello, I had sex with my girlfriend 3 weeks ago. A few days after sex, i noticed a red blister-looking bump. It does not itch or cause any other pain or sensation. Sometimes it looks swollen more than other days. It's been 3 weeks and will not go away. Any insight?

and since three weeks its size gradually increased and so i advised to consult any skin specialist.
first also go for test of STD infection .
it might be due to STD infection.
