I have a big red itchy blotch covering most of my instep on one foot, about 3, maybe 4 inches in diameter. The other foot has the same thing, though not as big and not all in one piece. The problem has been around for a while, but the big blotch has grown considerably in the past couple of weeks.
Hi!! According to your history there are few possibilities of what it can be. It can be either psoriasis, eczema or fungal infection. Fungal infection can be ruled out by doing skin scraping for fungus. For the other two I need to see the photographs of your feet and if required go for skin biopsy.
