What Causes Red Bump On Left Wrist For Years?
I have a red bump on my left wrist that I ve had for several years now. At this time it now has a purple ring surrounding it is approximately .5 inch in diameter. This has shown up like this once before with the ring disappearing after several days. Some family members told me to get this checked out.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having Lipoma.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.
