What Causes Red Bump On Leg?

i have a red bump on my leg.. it is hard about 6 inches below my knee.. it is sensitive to the touch and it doesnt have a "head" or any puncture marks and it keeps growing... i am 15 years old.. it started out as a lil red mark and now im getting worried any answers?
