What Causes Red Bumps On Penis After Intercourse?

Im 15 (a girl)and i lost my virginity to a 23 year old bc of drugs and pure pressure we used a condom but he said he thinks some dropped out and he called me and said to get tested Ahmad won t tell me what for well i had sex with my 16 year old best friend and he didn t seem to have any problems but then i had sex with his befriend and I m on my period with out a condom and he said he has red bumps on his cock but could that just be bc i was on my period bc the other three guys in between the guy i lost my virginity to and the guy who has bumps and none of them have any thing wrong. So do you think it was just because I m on my period that it might left a rash or what do you think is going on?. I have a pretty out of control life for my age and i know that but answers help thank you
