Hi,
I can understand your concern, you should have avoided multiple sexual partners. The cluster of bumps in your glans is a noticeable sign of STD. Genital warts appear in clusters like painless, flesh colored bumps. If left untreated they may spread to the entire groin area.
Commonly HPV causes bumps, though HSV-1 & HSV-2 both may cause genital bumps but HSV-2 is the major cause. You are getting dehydrated (symptom of HSV) & hence get burning sensation when you pee. Drink plenty of water.
Get yourself & your sexual partner treated. The area in the mouth affected by HSV may show burning rash,
blister break or
tingling. Left neglected they may spread to the gums, cheek, throat, down the chin or neck.
Both of you need to be physically examined, you need antibiotics & antivirals. Get all STD tests (Blood, antigen-antibody studying, culture analysis, Tzanck smear) done. You can take
Tylenol or
Advil for pain & apply topical anesthetics like
lidocaine (Zylocaine, Zylactin -1). Get treated at the earliest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
