What Causes Red Circle Under Eye After A Viral Fever?
My 8 year old son woke up with one red circle under each eye. He is not complaining of anything. He was sick last week with a fever as high as 103.00. His pediatrician said it was viral because everything looked clear. What can the red blotched under his eyes be.

In such a case usually it is due to non specific allergic reaction which causes blood vessels dilatation between eye and nose and present as rash.
One can give simple anti histaminic syrup for a few days and treatment of other ailment if it is there.
Nothing serious.
