Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Red color urine suggest toward RBC in urine. So your father urine routine microscopic examination should be done first to check pus cells and bacteria. If infective etiology present than antibiotic course prescribed. If no pus cells or bacteria present than trauma to urinary tract should be evaluated. Family history of coagulation problem should be ruled out. Consult urologist for examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
