What Causes Red Color Worm In Vagina During Periods?

Hi doc, I'm having a menstruation for 3 days already but yesterday to my surprised I saw a color red worm-like a sort of like an organism in my vagina and it was moving especially when I touch it in my finger.I really want to know this case if it is a parasite or what...thanks!
