Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.

The presence of large stone in kidney is the reason for passing blood in urine .The stone which is always spiky causes injury to delicate mucosa of renal collecting system giving rise to hematuria.

However this can be confirmed by doing Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen

Please consult qualified Urologist for proper evaluation and to explore whether you need any active intervention to remove the stone or it is likely to be passed out with urine
