I had horrible nauseau and sharp stomach pain yesterday following a meal of tuna. The nauseau eventually passed late last night. The stomach pains relieved today. However, I have developed these small red dots all over the front of my stomach and what looks like a rash of some sort on the side of my stomach. I originally thought maybe I had food poisoning from the tuna I had at lunch yesterday but am now wondering with the red dots if it's something else.
