Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

The red spots below knees may be cherry angiomas. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. After thorough diagnosis of cherry angiomas and with your wish, he might remove by electrocautery under local anaesthesia. The lesions are benign, if you are not embarrassed, they may be kept untreated.

Hope this will be helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, MD
