What Causes Red Dots Like Needle Prickle On Leg?

I found these 5 small red dots on my left leg while I was in the shower this morning. They look like they were pricked with a needle or something. I know they re new since i didnt have them yesterday and they hurt a little when I washed them with water. Im clueless on how I got them. Should I be concerned ?

Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I have gone through your query. Don't worry. Those dots might be mosquito bites or some small insect bites. Apply Flucort ointment twice a day for 7 days. Apply Cetaphil moisturizing lotion, 2-3 times per day.

For any further doubts, please write to us.

Hope that clarifies your concern. Thank you
