Hi there. Just like a year ago, I have small red dots on the backs of my hands and wrists... and the odd few on my knees and face. They are very itchy, an some of them are bigger than the others - and some are circular. A year ago I had them too, and after a few weeks, they disappeared but I wonder if there is something I can put on it to speed up the process. Antfungal cream doesn't work. Thanks
