What Causes Red Dots On The Tip Of The Finger?

The soft palate in my mouth have become yellowish and i notice small red pin sized dots on the sides ( not tip) of my tongue. I have frequent sore throats and a burning sensation when i swallow. Also my mouth is often dry and has bitterish taste. I dnt smoke or drink so am very concerned as to what could be the problem. Its been a while since i visited my dentist and maybe i need to go n get myself checked but please are there any possibilities to what could be happening here? Thanx for your time.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I feel it might be a throat infection which is giving rise to red dots on tongue or it might be just vitamin deficiency.

I advise you to visit your physician n clear your doubt. Don’t worry you will be fine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priya Mohod Shirsat
