What Causes Red Dots With White Rings Around It?
I have little red dots that have appeared on my legs amd are starting to form on my arms. They are itching and appeared out of no where. There are close to 30 on each leg and about 10 on each arm with a few on my hands. They also have little white rings around each one and they are raises like a mosquito bite. What are the possibilities ?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having fungal infection called as tinea corporis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
