While cleaning the toilet today, a drop of the toilet cleaner (Harpic) fell into my right eye. I washed with cold water immediately and have beendoing it for last 7-8 hours. I do not have any issues with vision, but the eye is red and a feeling that there is some solid particle in my eye

you have done the right thing by giving repeated washing. red ness will go you can apply refresh tear eye drop for 2times.
