What Causes Red Eyes With Fever And Runny Nose?
My four year old has had reddish, glossy eyes for 5 days. He has had a low grade fever as well and a runny nose. The fever is gone, but he still looks horrible. What could he have? I have never seen any of my kids have red, glossy eyes while sick. Please help.

Hi,
From history it seems that your child might be having allergic rhinitis with allergic conjunctivitis giving rise reddish glossy eyes.
Give him antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl syrup for 2-3 days.
Put some decongestant eye drops.
Ok and take care.
