What Causes Red Hard-ish Lumps On Legs And Foot?
A few days ago I felt a pain on the inside of my knees when I touched them together. I thought they were just bruised but now I ve noticed a lot more pain on my legs. I have lots of red hard-ish lumps on my legs and one on my foot. I plan on going to the doc tomorrow but what could it be?

As first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
