What Causes Red Hard Pimples With White Heads On Buttocks And Legs?
Hi Doctor I have red hard feeling pimples with white heads. I squeeze them out and I am left with dark spots, mostly on my buttocks and legs, and now recently on my arms and back too. Please help I am loosing confidence. I have tried numorous creams nothing seems to work. I have not been diagnosed.

Probably you have developed folliculitis.
It is a bacterial infection.
I treat such cases with topical antibiotic.
Ointment mupirocine to be applied twice daily for a week.
Try this and let me know the results.
