What Causes Red, Inflamed And Painful Labia During Intercourse While Having PCOS?

Every time my partner ejaculates inside of me it causes a severe burning pain. We ve both been tested for std s and infections with negative results across the board. The burning can last over an hour sometimes. My labia become red and inflamed. It is extremely painful. Condoms cause me discomfort and as I haven t had a period in almost 10 months (not pregnant) due to PCOS we ve chosen not to use protection. The pull out method doesn t always work as its sometimes not quick enough. What could be causing this?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The possible causes for the burning sensation are - dryness of the vagina either due to the hormone imbalance associated with PCOS or allergy to the seminal fluid. While dryness can be taken care of using lubricants like KY jelly, allergy should be investigated. Please see a specialist for further evaluation and plan proper management. Take care.
