Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Red itchy bumps could be scabies, miliaria, eczema. The probable diagnosis can be made only after examining the lesions. I would advise that either you meet a dermatologist nearby for diagnosis and appropriate treatment or you may also use ask a specialist feature of this website for uploading the images of affected area and discussing about probable diagnosis and treatment.
Take care
