What Causes Red Little Bumps On My Perineum?
I ve recently noticed little red bumps on my perineum, kind of clustered more near my vagina. I m sexually active, more than usual recently, and the bumps are tender and slightly itchy. Is it because I ve been having more sex? Everything I ve seen describing an std in that area has one red bump with a white bump on it and I d just like to clarify that it s not like that, just several small red bumps

Thank you for query.the description give by you is likely to be due to Herpes genitalis infection.It is transmitted by oral or sexual or skin to skin contact.Please get yourself investigated for other STDs also.You can take antivirals like acyclovir after discussion with your doctor.Dr Bharatesh D Basti
