What Causes Red Mark Near Testicles Which Is Itchy And Growing?

Hello,i have a red mark near my balls right side and its kinda iching me but it was small like 2 weeks ago now it has grown a bit its like someone burned me and aroud it is red and inside its like so soft but its kinda worring me so please tell me what i have :(

What i gather from your question is
- red mark near your right ball
- its aching
- it was small two weeks back
- now its has grown a bit
- red surroundings but on inside its soft

Based on the information you provided it appears to be a BOIL. started as an inflamed area then pus developed and redness in surroundings persists.

If such patient walks into my clinic i carry out incision and drainage under local anesthesia followed by daily dressing with pyodine. Systemic broad spectrum antibiotics like amoxillin is also advised along with paracetamol.
Patients are usually all right in 5 days time.
