Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for the red mark on the biceps area. It appears to be due to simple contact dermatitis or due to irritation or can be due to insect bite.
In all these cases it is better to avoid the possible cause of contact allergen or the irritation potential causing agent. I suggest my patients to apply a cream containing hydrcortisone over the affected area. There appears to be no relationship of your thyroid medication with the red mark so do not worry about the same.
All teh best.
