What Causes Red Marks On Tip Of Penis?

Ok so me and my girlfriend have had sex loads of times and with no one else, recently i had sex with her on her period and two days later I was taking a pee and rolled up my forskin and saw a few red marks on my tip but neither of us had anything before, what could it be?
