Your history is suggestive of an intestinal infection particularly of the colon and rectum called procto-colitis. I would advise you the following in such a condition: Send the sample of stool for three consecutive days to get a proper diagnosis. A course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, Metronidazole may solve your problem. If not go for the tests of blood and urine. Colonoscopy and biopsy to get a better probable diagnosis to get a plan of further management. CT scan of the abdomen is required. All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and cause of your present symptoms and get you an appropriate treatment.
