What Causes Red Patch On Upper Thigh With Little Skin Irritation?

I have had a oval pink/red patch on the front of my upper thigh almost where it meets the end of my leg. It doesn t seem to go away. Sometimes it burns just a little or feels a little irritated but nothing severe. I have tried cortisone cream and anti fungal cream but it does not help. Any ideas?

It could be a patch of dry discoid eczema or bowen's disease.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas under the premium section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
