What Causes Red Pimples On Chest And Back After Getting B12 Injection?
Sir 3 months later i have taken b12 injection of five than there is lots of red pimples occurs on my chest,back & on my shoulders it is red pimples & left lots of red & black mark i have visited my skin spe he gave me droxyl clav 500 is it ok & want kind of care i needs to take it is good medicine & what shold i follow of eating food etc

Hi,
Acneiform eruptions might occur after vitamin B12 injection as side effects. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis. I would recommend you to stop to take Vitamin B 12 injection. Take cap tretinoin 10 mg daily till the recovery of the lesions. Apply clindamycin lotion on the lesions.
