What Causes Red Pimples On Feet During Pregnancy?

Hi.. im 6 months pregnant and for the last few months i have red dry patched x pimples on the souls of my feet, its very itchy and more so at night time..what do u think this could be ? as im am pregnant i have not chanced putting any creams on it.. Thank you Annette

Redness n itching can occur with fungal infections... u can apply ointments locally it should not b a problem wit the pregnancy status.n better yo check d blood sugar levels
