What Causes Red Pimples On The Penis After Intercourse?

Hello. About 5 days ago I had sex with a girl who says she has no STDs. I wore a condum during sex and it felt very painful at time because it seems very dry when giving oral or handjob. We also had pretty rough sex towards the end. About a day after I noticed several very small red pimples near the base of my penis and underneath my pubic hair. Some have small white tips on them some are just regular pimples. I m wondering if it s just friction burn from rough sex? Or poor lubrication? Or if it s an STD. The sores don t hurt at all don t itch much and I have no pain urinated or no burning sensation at all. I also trimmed my pubic hair a day before we had sex I don t know if that helps to possibly several ingrown hair? Some pimples are at the base and have hair growing out of them thanks!
