What Causes Red Pinhead Itchy Rash All Over Body?
My husband has suddenly developed a very itchy red pinhead rash all over his body. It s on his legs, buttocks, public area, torso, arms, face and in his armpits. He also has itchy watering eyes, a runny nose & sore throat. He has not taken any new medications. Not eaten anything new. No change in washing powder, deodorant etc.. i have given him chlorphenamine tablet. Any advice pledge.

Hello, from your history, the condition appears as viral exanthem.
Most viral exanthems need to be managed conservatively, i would adv you to continue Chlorpheniramine tablet as an antihistamine, apply a soothing lotion like dermocalm to the lesions twice daily, give tab PCM 500mg sos, and adequate rest.
Review after 5 days.
