What Causes Red Rash On Face?
Hi I have a on going problem that flares up into a red rash on my face, the only cream that seemed to work is trimovate cream. This is no longer in production. Do you know of an alternative cream that combines the same substances as trimovate cream? Thanks

Thanks for the query,
You might be suffering from rosaceae.
It is an inflammatory condition of face,
Mainly affecting the face,
The vessels get dilated and hence face become red.
You need treatment with topical anti inflammatory like metrogyl cream.
Doxycycline is also helpful.
A photograph woul have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

hi, welcome to HCM,
trimovate contains clobetasone butyrate, oxytetracycline and nystatin.
this drug contains all the three combination steroid+antibiotic+antifungal.
a most common misused drug.
i never recommend this type of combination to my patients.
panderm cream, 3 mix cream, clop GM cream are of same group.
now come to your diagnosis,
you are suffering from atopic dermatitis.
apply tacrolimus oint 0.01% twice daily.
emollient twice daily.
