What Causes Red Rashes Filled Pus On Skin?

I have red rashes and now puss which is semi solid ,I see every morning and this is what I am suffering from last 3 months ...I consulted doctors who prescribed antibiotics and sofradex cream . I am worried too much can any one guide me .. I never had sex .
