What Causes Red Round Rash On Calf After Immunizations?
my grandson recieved 4 mnth immunizations a day later he developed a red circle around entire calf it looks like elastic from a sock that would have been left on too long.the pediatrician said its sensative skin tho a week later its still there and slightly raised.

Hello. I just read through your question. I agree with your pediatricians assessment. However, if the area of redness gets larger, or it becomes warm and painful, it could be an indication of a skin infection. In this case I recommend consulting with your doctor. Otherwise, this could take more time before it resolves and is nothing to be overly concerned about.
