thank you for putting your query on HCM. mam, these red spots could be: 1.due to fungal infection like Tinea corporis. it can be treated with oral antifungals like cap itraconazole 100 mg bd for 7 days , then 3 weeks off. this cycle to be repeated for 3-4 months l. and take antihistaminics like tab levocetrizine 10 mg once a day and apply clotrimazole cream twice a day. 2. second possibility, it can be frictional dermatitis which occurred due to friction between legs while walking. this could be treated by applying a combination of betamethasone valerate(0.1%) and miconazole cream twice a day along with antihistaminics. apart from medications, you also need to wear loose cotton pants, and maintain hygiene. I hope I have solved your query. thank you.
