What Causes Red Soreness On Vaginal Opening After Having Sex?

Hi straight after rough sex i was sore and next day i had red sore areas on the vaginal opening and it caused severe pain when i passed urine.I never get sore down there only striaght after sex I think its frictio due to lack of lubrication ..as I am now 53 what do you think?

try using a lubricant,,
things may improve..
if things dont improve,
do visit a doctor and get your self examined and investigated..
